I was too. We can all fall off track. There sure have been times in my life where my energy wasn’t flowing. Life was just OK, and I wanted AWESOME. When I looked back at those times, I started to spot the patterns that created that ‘something’s not right’ feeling.

The 4th cup of coffee wasn’t doing the trick. My energy was running out halfway through the day. I was restless at night and my snacking was getting seriously out of control.

I decided I didn’t want to live my life this way anymore, 
…so I set out on a journey to make things better. I made some small changes in my diet, my exercise and most importantly in my thinking, and before too long I had more energy and focus than I knew what to do with.

My new hyper-focused, energized self started spotting the exact same the patterns in other women. The crazy thing was, in every case, the answer was the same: consciously making a few key decisions to transform their lives, energy and momentum.
