This delicious blueberry smoothie is filled with anti-oxidants and has a good boost of protein from the almond butter. To make this a raw recipe, use raw almond butter and homemade almond milk. This is one recipe kids will love!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy or almond milk (approximate amount)
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 spoonful organic peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 – 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- Blend and enjoy, add water to thin if you find it too thick
