Description

You’ll love my Favourite Green Smoothie recipe. It’s a delicious, energy-packed refresher! This healthy smoothie recipe can be frozen in a glass bottle, or will keep for a few hours in the fridge, I make mine the night before yoga and then it’s ready for breakfast the next day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or mango
  • Big handful of kale or baby spinach or Romaine lettuce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 inches of cucumber, no skin and chopped
  • 2 tbsp soaked chia, or 2 tbsp ground
  • flax, or 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • super food add in: 1 tsp Maca – balances hormones and gives you energy! (get this at any health food store)
  • coconut water or water to thin,
  • a few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend and enjoy!!!
