You’ll love my Favourite Green Smoothie recipe. It’s a delicious, energy-packed refresher! This healthy smoothie recipe can be frozen in a glass bottle, or will keep for a few hours in the fridge, I make mine the night before yoga and then it’s ready for breakfast the next day.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple or mango
- Big handful of kale or baby spinach or Romaine lettuce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 inches of cucumber, no skin and chopped
- 2 tbsp soaked chia, or 2 tbsp ground
- flax, or 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- super food add in: 1 tsp Maca – balances hormones and gives you energy! (get this at any health food store)
- coconut water or water to thin,
- a few ice cubes
- Blend and enjoy!!!
