No, this smoothie is not chocked full or eggnog or cinnamon or spice, instead this holiday smoothie is loaded with fruits veggies and good fats to keep you energized and healthy over the coming holiday season. Starting your day with by hydrating with 1-2 cups of room temperature water, followed by a big smoothie combining coconut water and high water content fruits and veggies is sure to keep your motor running while you hustle from mall to mall and party to party.
- 1/2 Medium cucumber (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 5 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups baby spinach or kale (chopped)
- 2 heaped tablespoons hemp seed
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- coconut water to thin
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until completely smooth.

You can substitute 1/2 cup of chopped mango for the banana, and chia or flax for the hemp seed.
