This is where we get to practice together. I guide you through each class, moving and breathing with you. You receive variations and tips for poses so you can find your fit. In fact, many members let me know if they have injuries or specific needs and I weave those into the flow.

Keep your momentum going with close to 100 recorded videos. Videos are grouped into 15, 30 or 60-minute classes, Deep Stretch, Intermediate and Strong Flow. Whether the focus is balance, core, hips, or hamstrings, each class allows you to move at your own pace flowing with your breath.
Plant-based guidance, easy week-night recipes to help you get more plants onto your plate. These are my own curated recipes that my friends and family love. All the recipes are ready in 30-minutes or less, packed with nutrients, have tons of flavour.
These two tools are foundational to a balanced nervous system, allowing you to let go of stress, sleep well, and maintain a happy, positive outlook. Science has now proven what yoga has known for years, intentional breathwork supports the healing of body and mind.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this for Beginners? What type of Yoga do you teach?
This is not a program for absolute beginners. You need some yoga experience. The classes are based on Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Some classes are a Strong Flow, others are more Deep Stretch. I created Powerful Woman Yoga so all postures can be modified and you can go at your own pace, no stress.
What time are the live classes?
Yoga:
-Tuesday Sunrise Vinyasa 6:00-7:00 am
-Thursday Quickie Vinyasa 6:30-7:00 am
- Wednesday Deep Stretch 7:00-8:00 pm (3x per month)
Kitchen Party
Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 pm (1x per month)
Live Classes are Eastern Time Zone.
Don't worry if you can't make it to all the live classes, many PWM members practice on their own time. All the classes are recorded and in your member area, access them at any time.
How do I access the material?
Access is easy: All the content is hosted on a platform called Kajabi. You can log in from your phone, tablet or computer. Streaming from your laptop? You’re good to go with Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
What are the dates of the Spring Session?
The spring session dates are April 4 - June 28. The first live class is Tuesday, April 5.
You get access to the online member area as soon as you join.
The last live yoga class is on June 28 at 6:00 am. We'll be having a special celebration!
Are all the recipes plant-based?
Yes! All recipes use plants only—no animal products. You will love all the mouth-watering, life-giving recipes. This is a plant-forward approach so even if you’re not vegan all these recipes can integrate into your daily meal plans.

Do I have to attend the live classes?
The program is structured so you can get all the benefits from the recorded classes. With that said, connection matters. Set an intention to attend live even once per week.
