You can use organic canned pumpkin puree, or cook up your own pumpkin by steaming or roasting; paired with a frozen banana, the richness of avocado and hemp and delicious earthy quality of molasses, this will become your new favourite.
- 1 cup unsweetened, organic soy milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
- 3 tablespoons hemp seed
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 avocado
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
